A Letter from the Founder
- Chris, the Lead PM
To the Project Leaders Stuck in the Trenches,
In the realm of Go-To-Market, "Project Management" is a polite term for a high-stakes balancing act. I’ve spent my career in the trenches of these launches because I’m drawn to the complexity. No two initiatives are the same. They are a volatile collision of science and art.
Engineering lives in the science—the rigid logic of code, sprint velocity, and "done." Sales and Marketing live in the art—the shifting sentiment of the market and the nuance of persuasion.
The struggle of GTM is the translation. When that translation fails, the cost isn't just a red cell on a spreadsheet. It’s a missed Trade Show. It’s a General Availability date that slips, costing millions in revenue and months of momentum. It’s the long nights, the cold coffee, and the heavy silence of a leadership team waiting for an answer.
I have lived those nights. I’ve managed launches where the stakes were multi-million dollar investments, and I’ve learned that "certified" textbook theory evaporates the moment a dependency slips or a stakeholder pivots.
I founded this platform because the industry is full of people who can teach you how to pass an exam, but very few who can teach you how to lead through the fire. I am obsessed with the "How": How do we build processes that actually work? How do we ensure the people behind those processes feel enabled, not burdened?
My mission is to help you bridge the gap between being technically sound and being an indispensable leader. I’ve built a GTM Suitcase of minimalist, logic-driven tools to help you stop crawling toward your launch and start leading it with authority.
You aren’t just managing a project; you are forging a career. I’m here to make sure that path goes upward.
Let’s get your next launch right.
